I just signed for my first home thanks to Dylan Fujimoto! From beginning to end, Dylan was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and humble. He never hesitated to admit when he wasn’t sure about something and worked hard to get the answers for me. Dylan was patient with all of my anxiety, 6am text messages, and ignorance to the entire real estate process. Although in every home-buying process there will likely be someone who drops the ball, it was NEVER Dylan. I could always trust that if it was him, it would get done. I think the biggest part of this process was getting in to begin with. I always thought I had to save a $200,000 down payment in order to buy a house. After being told by a lender that actually I would need around $65,000, Dylan said “hmmm, I think we could get those numbers lower.” And he did! It really helped me to have more hope that I could own property. But don’t get me wrong, although Dylan is an optimist and entertained my big dreams, he also kept it very real with me and helped me to manage my expectations. Although my partner and I are not in our dream home yet, we definitely found the perfect spot for our current needs, and will be working with Dylan in the near future to work up to that dream home.
